If can could give a zero I would, or even a double triple zero. Customer service was pathetic. A poor display of the word professional. I went in because my son was happy to see the store there. As I looked around with my daughter on phone who is a licensed professional showing her stuff on the phone. This lady (I think) slowly crept up behind me.
