Walked in here by mistake but ended up leaving learning a lot! Danielle is super knowledgeable and friendly. She answered my questions thoroughly and educated me on the importance of scalp health! I will be checking out their sister store as I’m not a licensed stylist, but I do recommend this location!
Cosmo Prof Burlington – Great Improvement! 💇♀️ The new staff at Cosmo Prof Burlington are amazing—pleasant, professional, and a real breath of fresh air! It’s been a much more welcoming experience lately, and I truly appreciate the positive shift in energy. In the past, the atmosphere wasn’t as friendly. Some former staff were unprofessional, speaking negatively about customers without realizing others were still in the store. Thankfully, that’s changed for the better. There is a lady who works there who wears glasses , and is mature in age.... She is absolutely horrible at customer service!! She was so rude over the phone. The store is fine, but this particular person is unprofessional.
