EXTREMELY rude workers I went in to seek more professional opinion on my hair care and was shut down and interrupted half way through speaking and told that I needed to leave because I am not a licensed stylist. Being from southern Ontario and used to shopping at Sally’s I did not know this, I asked staff for advice on where I could go instead and they just said I don’t know and wouldn’t say anything else to me but goodbye. One of the lady’s that works at this store ( short hair and a facial piercing ) was very rude to my partner and I. I was unaware of this storing only selling to licensed professionals and when I was told this she was very rude and made me feel quite silly to say the least. I then proceeded to ask for recommendations on where I could go and she continued to be rude and make rude facial expressions towards my partner and I. I would not recommend this location to anyone as the general custom service of this store is awful.
