Have had great experiences shopping here - great selection, helpful staff, affordable prices. Glad it exists in small town Anchorage.
I've never had a problem going here. I don't understand people forgetting their form of payment is reason to give this store a 1 star. Sad how rude the licensed supposed professionals are. I think they are constantly stocking, and yes, do run out of stuff just like anywhere else. I've been shopping here with my licenses since 2005 as it says licensed professional beauty supply shop and Cosmo Prof- prof means professional so if people don't know what that means and go shopping in there it's not their fault as they help thousa... read more
The manager was raising her voice to a employee in front of me and was being mean to other customers.
