HORRIBLE ATTITUDE on the part of Evan McMullen. Just because there is a miscommunication or misunderstanding about something, doesn't mean be rude and unprofessional. As a car salesman, you would think that he would be pleasant and respectful just like they are at regular car dealerships. Definitely will not do business with this person and will not buy anything from them. I have to take exception to the recent review posted by a disgruntled ex-employee. I have done business with Cosmo for decades and Evan and Robin have always been professional, helpful and honest. They go the extra mile for their customers.
Evan is the most knowledgeable dealer I’ve ever met in the business and Cosmo’s service is terrific. That’s why I’ve bought 18-20 cars there over the years, including one this week. I’m sure it won’t be the last.
Have worked with this team for years. Detailed knowledge on how to evaluate cars to purchase. Also did a great job selling the car I was upgrading.
