I don't know who is writing the fake 5 star reviews but they are not from tenants. Instead of writing fake reviews they should try to be better. The biggest problem with these apartments is the lack of heat. Aside from not providing adequate heat, the office staff is nasty; they catch an attitude when you call to place a complaint. Do better.
I've lived in one of their apartments for a couple of years and I'm very pleased. Very easy to reach if you have any type of question. Each building has a super in charge of all the maintenance and cleaning, they also have people in charge for any repairs yoy may need in your property. Very accessible prices in an up and coming neighborhood.
Nice apartments, common spaces kept very clean. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Has a nice vibe.
I’ve had an excellent experience living in this apartment. The place is comfortable, modern, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything you need (grocery stores, public transportation, and restaurants). The building is quiet and safe, which makes it easy to feel at home.
