I don’t know, I’m a little confused. Called in the morning to see if they accepted walk-ins, they do not, so I set an appointment for 11:30am for a hair cut. I arrived to my appointment, showed her the hair cut I wanted and she proceeded to tell me it was too short and that she couldn’t cut it. I tried to tell her I’ve had short hair my whole life so I’m comfortable with short hair, as I was thinking maybe she thought I would hate it at the end of the appointment. Rosie has been my beautician for over ten years. She is considerate and very knowledgeable. I have never had a bad hair day! I have had high and low light treatments as well as cuts and blow outs. She runs a great business!
