Never go to this doctor because staff is making decisions wether you can see her or not staff is rude do not know what to ask and during your phone call the staff talk to each other and no attention on patient I do not know why doctor hiring this type of staff who is asking patients to find another doctor,” this doctor is not fit for you” this what the staff tells you

Dr Alam was fine, though wanted me to be seen every three months which is twice as often as previous doctors. But her admin is difficult to work with. It takes multiple calls to get a new or refilled prescription. We will have to call in a fourth time to get the same thing refilled since she still didn’t get it right and as a diabetic running out of medicine isn’t something that should happen!
