Our experience with Cosmopolitan was actually rated a 10+! I called them to clean my brother's carpets, which hadn't been cleaned in years. My brother has been physically unable to let his dog out without difficulty this past year so the dog used the front LR. In addition, my brother smokes so his carpet was a mess.
