We've contracted Cosmopolitan Building Services for our 40-person financial office in the Loop for three years now. Their consistency is what earns this five-star rating. The team, led by a supervisor named Ana, is thorough, quiet, and respectful. Our lobby glass, kitchenettes, and restrooms are consistently spotless, which matters deeply for client impressions. They're a reliable, no-drama partner that we simply don't have to think about. That's invaluable.
Excellent Work, Professional Crew We hired America's Backyard to replace a long, old wooden fence at our home in Naperville. From the initial estimate with Tom to the final walk-through, the process was smooth and professional. The crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently even in some unpredictable cold weather, and left the property clean. They installed a beautiful, sturdy vinyl fence that has already withstood some strong winds perfectly. Our neighbors have even complimented the look.
So far, very happy with Cosmopolitan’s cleaning services. Our offices have been using Cosmopolitan for nearly a year now. They are certainly much better than the previous company who claimed they were spotless, but were in and out in what seemed like 30 minutes!

Cosmopolitan Building Services was prompt, efficient and did an amazing job for a post construction clean up project of mine. They truly went above and beyond as I commented on a few spots they could have improved on and they came back to the site a day later to make sure I was completely satisfied. They are hands down one of the best decisions I made to clean my space. Will definitely use them again!
