** BUYER BEWARE ** This firm is poorly managed. My husband and I signed a contract for Vittoria Gardens on 07/30/16 and as of today, we have still not be given our property. We were initially going to close 04/2017 but that was pushed back, fast forward to 2019, we were promised a 05/15/19 delivery date, almost 5 months later, still waiting. Most unprofessional sales office I have ever dealt with. Our clients were scheduled to close no later than end July 2019 and as of 3/5/20 we do NOT have a date for closing. Walk through yesterday (without a closing date) was a disaster. Representative stated that if functional, they would not fix as they have the CO. When asked about the closing, the Rep stated that "title company was missing documents and not ready to close".
