This place is totally unprofessional. I paid for services and no one answers the phone to help schedule an appointment. When I finally reached someone she was dismissive and did not seem to care. I will never spend money here ever again.
I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience at a spa. They basically scammed me out of my money. I prepaid for a service (a PRP treatment) that I never received simply because I missed an appointment that was scheduled a month in advance. Unlike most businesses that send a reminder or let you reschedule a couple of days before, they didn’t provide any notice or flexibility. As a result, I lost the appointment and my entire payment.
