I have been a Cosmo Prof customer for a number of years and have to say that the Newmarket location Nina the sales representative is knowledgeable and very helpful !!
06/2026 update; thank you to Sarah, I believe she is new. She is helpful and professional and went above and beyond for me today. I really appreciate that The staff is very attentive, friendly, and helpful. They make sure I have the best deal available if I havnt noticed a promotion or sale, and I've always been happy with the suggestions they make on products if I am in doubt.
I've been a regular customer at this place for years, so I was shocked by how rude the woman (Anna) working there was today. She assumed I didn't have a license, something they've never questioned before because all I do is give them my number, and my info pops up, and I just press yes. But today, she insisted I confirm my address without my information on the screen and treated me like I was lying, despite me being a professional hairstylist who comes in all the time.
