Who do I contact for a full refund? I had been growing my nails for a month to do them nicely for a wedding! I asked the lady for long and round nails. She proceeded to say that square is better and I was an idiot who trusted she knew what she was doing. She made me bleed, she filed the nails unevenly and extremely short. The most botched nail job I’ve ever gotten. Do not go here.
Took my 2.5 year old in to get her nails painted for the first time, the lady was so rude. Ignoring her speaking in excitement, almost rolled her eyes when I asked for her nails to be painted. I paid $30 for her fingers & toes to be painted in normal nail polish which mind you are already coming off. I got a pedicure, the paint isn’t smooth & it was an average pedicure all over. Just come home from salon after being ignored when I went in to get a service done I have been going to this Salon for 15+ years and never experienced this before as there are new staff which are not as friendly as the old staff were. Will never go back there again Sorry Tina
After reading the reviews, I think it is safe to say I made the right decision to walk out after waiting for longer than 30 mins just for a pedicure, which I ended up getting at Pearl Spa at Nepean 😇 suggestion: do better.
