Love this place! I have been coming to Cosmo Nails for many years, they always do a great job!
Great service
Customer service was very bad, they are very rude. I kept it very professional and respectful. I asked her how much my nails would be just to make sure she said $70, (mind you I called prior to going and they told me a different price which was $65). And the nail tech got snappy and very disrespectful. I still was very respectful and told her I will no longer be going to her If I do return to that nail shop. i don’t understand the bad reviews. Ryan is the absolute best. acrylic set is perfectly shaped. he is kind, quick moving and great conversation. the salon is clean. REQUEST RYAN!!
