I accidentally went here instead of my appointment a couple of places down because I was confused. My manicure with gel started peeling on my thumb literally two days later!! I wanna also add the fact that she cut my cuticle and it then got infected. This was for a vacation, so I was not happy. I called when I returned and the woman, I spoke to was rude, not even offering some sort of Credit. Today I was serviced by Betty she was so sweet , very detailed , I felt relaxed and no rushed. She did my gel pedicure, full set manicure with gel and face wax full face. I was a walk in first time here. I will definitely be back again . Hopefully I will get Betty again. Great service and customer service . Much needed me time. I forgot my cash but they accept zelle or venmo which is very convenient for me.
