I have visited Cosmo Med Spa twice now for Dysport injections and have been extremely satisfied! Shaboo is amazing! She is warm, caring, & loves her job. I am so glad I found Cosmo & Shaboo. I will be back in the near future for microblading & microneedling.
Edit 12/1/2025: searched Groupon for skin tag removal again and I’m shocked to find this company is still in business with all the botched service reviews. I’m reporting to BBB. Made terrible mistake buying Groupon to remove some skin tags. Originally it was with their sister spa, Lavender Med Spa, but couldn't get anyone to return my calls. After trying to get an appointment for 3 months, after numerous calls, messages, requests to email me instead, I complained to Groupon but was outside the 30-day refund period. So Groupo... read more
