Poor customer service. Nobody answered the phone, texts or the reports through the app. The lack of communication it’s amazing. I am dealing with broken floors since I moved in 6 years ago and I am being ignored all the time. My last last contract was never sent to me or signed and now I have no access to pool or gym because my resident card it’s expired.
