When I moved in, the floors started cracking because of a bad installation from a previous vendor. Cosmo Management stepped in and handled everything. They brought in a new vendor who redid the floors in about 4 days. They protected all the furniture, worked clean, and were very professional. Before closing the job, Cosmo set up a call so I could review everything and make sure it was done right. Really happy with how smooth the whole process was.
Efficient property management. I had an issue where my toilet and shower started backing up on a Sunday, so I reached out to Cosmo Management. They called me back pretty quickly and took it seriously right away. They figured out it was a septic issue and had a company scheduled to come out first thing the next morning.
