18 days without AC in summer. You guys deserve to be sued. Like always customer service it’s poor.

I ran into a last-minute issue right before closing on a property I own in Miami. The title company found an old open permit on a shed that I didn’t even know existed, and it almost delayed everything. I reached out to Cosmo, and they handled it right away. They got in touch with the city, figured it out, and moved things along quickly. We were able to close on time, which was a big relief. Thank you guys!
