Hate to leave this review, but I had high hopes for this experience and was very excited. I had Mesha as my provider and she was sweet but my experience was not. It started off ok but as we continued I was not relaxed. I felt my hair wasnt detangled enough during the spa massage, then I was left under the steamer to long with to much aroma oils which had me choking. I had such an amazing experience at Cultured Curls. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and truly attentive. Ki did an incredible job with my head spa it was beyond relaxing and exactly what I needed. Courtney also gave me a trim, and she was just as thorough and skilled.
