Came here for the first time a week ago and did the new client package with who I believe is the master stylist. Hair wash went fine, but was a little nervous when she started trimming my hair while wet and shrunken. Layer on realized my hair is now uneven. I’ve never had anyone trim my hair without blowing it out first, even if it’s a light blow out. Already having other issues with my hair and this just added to my problems. ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!!! I haven’t been to a salon in 3 years because I needed to find a salon and I think I found a home for my curls. The ambience is soooo relaxing, so relaxing I had a peaceful nap at the wash bowl. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. This was my first real hair salon experience and Courtney and her staff really set the bar! I booked the Cosmo Curl Package and booking my appointment was easy and seamless. I had such an amazing experience with my new stylist Courtney. From the shampoo bowl to the finished look, everything was perfect. During my shampoo, I could tell right away she knew how to handle thick, curly hair she managed my tangles with so much care, which means a lot since I’m usually very tender-headed.
