I am a former client of Cosmo from the late 80's and early 90's. I still use my pictures from the time he cut my hair as a guide now. If I still lived in West Palm Beach he'd still be cutting my hair. (I'd add a couple if pictures if I knew how)
I came down to WPB from Houston for the marine corps ball birthday 11/4. I had the pleasure of Chelsie doing my hair for the special occasion. I truly was in love with my hair so much I got compliments on my hair color so much from the east coast in DC and Texas. I will come back to WPB to get my hair done with Chelsie! It’s so disappointing to write this but at some point enough is enough. Every time I go the prices are higher and higher and higher. My last appt lasted about one hour and 20 min. I got a partial highlight, basically the cap of my head, no toner and a blow dry. I walked out having paid $260.oo. My hair is short and fine. 3/4 of my hair is two inches long or less.
