For some reason I have wild eyebrows and everyone else (not cosmo) seems to cut me, and take AT least 30 mins on my eyebrows and then they still come out just alright. Cosmo ALWAYS is fast and efficient but not sacrificing the quality of work. She just did my eyebrows in just a few mins, if even 2 mins. And they’re perfect. They are just that skilled. $8 is nothing compared to what they charge you at the mall, I tip 50% and it’s still less than what the mall charges.
