terrible service. they will break your phone and come up with a bs reason to void their warranty. do not go here
After having my iPad screen replaced, which went fine, it started cracking, through no fault of my own. They refused to replace the screen, citing it must have been physically damaged. Your customers should receive the benefit of the doubt, especially after spending almost $100.
