John is the most passionate person I have ever met about bicycles! He did a “fitting” for my new Cannondale. I have never had a “fitting” for a bike before. He’s like a combination between a scientist and and artist with his measurements. I was very impressed! All of his employees are super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Amazing!!
A few years ago, I brought my bike in for service and adjustments, with the hope of cycling once again. I left my bicycle there after going over a list of things needed to be done. Hundreds of dollars later, as well as the purchase of a very poor bike rack for my car, it was obvious that nearly nothing was done r/t the itemized list and the tires still had slow leaks in them! I went in to just look at bikes to get an idea of what I wanted and I immediately fell in love with one and was not leaving without putting a deposit down. They assembled it in one day and I picked it up when I had time after work. John and his staff are amazing and are very knowledgeable. John is very patient and thought me everything about the bike and made sure it fit to my body. I highly recommend this store and will tell everyone about how great the service was! Thank you John!!
