was in a bind....rear deralier cable needed replacement......I called all lbs I normally use,all were busy told if dropped off bike could probably pick up in about a week...on Facebook post Chris from cosmic wheel said bring bike in tomorrow, I'll get it done......brought bike in,true to his word replaced the cable immediately....looked up reviews online about cosmic and they were amazing.....now I know why !
Brought in my SE bms bike that I got when I was 13, circa 1989 for a quick once over, some new tires and cables. They were ecstatic to see such a "gem" dropped another $300 on a bike for my 10 yo daughter. Great service, enthusiasm. They have a trade in program if you buy from them.. I don't live locally but its worth the 30 minute drive.

I purchased two road bikes from John and have had them time a road tandem and trail tandem. Yesterday we delivered a daVinci custom tandem to them for some much needed derailleur adjustment and it was fun watching John and Craig with a drive system they had not previously seen. Totally into the mechanics of "how does this thing work.... And four chain rings on the front?" Great guys, good service.
