Dr. Hon and his staff at Cosmic Kids Dental are amazing. He has been my granddaughter's dentist for 15 years. He is amazing with children and my granddaughter has never feared going to the dentist. He has been her dentist since her first visit at about a year old.
Dentist is great, communication from staff is not. My son is special needs and will not sit still for any of the procedures. I let them know this but I was still scheduled in the afternoon when they could not sedate him. I was rescheduled for today and was not informed that he needed to abstain from eating prior to the visit so I had to reschedule yet again. Very frustrating
Dr Hon and his staff are always so welcoming. I absolutely love how dr Hon explains everything in a way a non Dentist would understand. He also responds if you have an emergency. (In the middle of the night, which what I had) and with that emergency he got us in the very next morning. Mahalo for always taking care of my kids!
