Very, Very disappointed with COSMETICS inside HMart in Carrollton. Don't do business with this store. Don't have good costumer service. I have been buying cosmetics, but this store Their stuff are already open. They told that's how they come to their store.poor customer service. Never, never shop here again.

Very disappointed with this shop. They don’t provide q-tips for hygienic testing, and at the same time they don’t allow customers to try lipsticks on the lips — which makes testing pointless. Prices here are unusually high compared to other stores. For example: the same Torrriden serum is $28 here, while at Teso just nearby it’s only $18.99. Such a huge and unfair price difference. The staff were nice, but the owner did not feel welcoming at all. I will definitely never come back.

Update: It appears there has been some different staff lately. I visited the store during a slightly busier time and the atmosphere was a lot different. I saw a different review talking about how Korean culture plays a role in how the staff act. It was impactful enough that it changed how I viewed the inital staff treatment. It has been much easier shopping there but there's still some discomfort since I feel the older staff members are judgemental about how I look. i love this store. they have korean brands that are harder to come across online or anywhere else. very helpful when i wanted a product in a certain shade and they helped with an alternative. good selection and fair pricing! sometimes it's definitely worth it to buy makeup while seeing it in person. firstly, i must say, as someone with a korean mother myself, these ladies never came off as rude to me. i think a lot of people mistake the manager and some of her employees as "shouting" but that isn't the case. they only follow... read more
