Please supply waterproof plus absorbent materials for patients who are having a clean. I bring my own towel to stop water running down my neck and soaking my clothes. A large, absorbent towel, a waterproof bib and mopping-up material need to be supplied. A disposable shower cap to keep hair dry would also help. New staff need to ask before rushing to "help" people with disabilities. Though well-intentioned, grabbing someone by the arm can cause them to lose balance and fall or cause pain.
