I had a Panni on the 29 . Everything was so perfect and organized. Dr Vander kolk and his team are the best. And I truly can’t say enough about my anesthesiologist Dr Monson. I woke up quiet no confusion it was amazing
Dr. Chang is always honest with his patients and gentle. He has done two surgeries thus far and I have been pleased with my results. Looking forward to my next procedure and appreciate my Mercy Family.
Great customer service
I was disappointed I did not get the in depth questions on my long standing complicated medical issues I expected from such a well regarded surgeon. He did not review my charts before the appt thoroughly, and I felt like he jumped to a resolution of the problem with surgery options without investigating or discussing the underlying reasons causing the issues for implant replacements in the first place. I honestly felt my pain complaints and concerns were completely dismissed.
This doctor had the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced, and it was while she told me she did not see people with my “deformity” (which is a birthmark). I have never been so insulted by a doctor in my lifetime of living with this birthmark.
