I used to love going to this place, but I had an appointment to get something done and showed up fully expecting just that, but Jennifer vetoed what I was told I should have done and not only that, but when I objected, she just got crazier and crazier with me. There is truly something wrong with her. My best friend also had a very bad experience with Jennifer. Jennifer is driving people away, and it's a shame, because before she started doing this, my experiences had been just fine.
They don't take Care Credit! I don't know what they take, but I was there to have work done and pfff........that dream was gone.
Went in for routine dysport, left with noticeably uneven brows. Went back, they did attempt to fix it-but gave me some resistance before doing so. This led to not much of a change-brows still very uneven, which if you read is from poor placement by the doctor. I went back again, and basically was made to feel like I was a jerk for asking to fix them. I went for years to this place, saw everyone but Dr. Sanni, and my results were good.
