this place is horrible. i have been going there for quite some time only bc i was a fool and prepaid. its all a gimmick. first of all they misadvertise. they do not have any licensed professionals or mds doing what they say the do there including fillers and botox. the website has a pic of a physician who doesn't work there. secondly, their machines break down all the time and have to go in for repairs. i have seen no difference in the treatments i have received and i go religiously. i have had skin tightening, facials, and ... read more
Definately worth the money to get laser treatments here. As an African American woman you have to be careful what type of laser is used on you. I was worried at first but they set my mind at ease. I'm only halfway through my sessions and I already have amazing results and smoother skin :)
If you've considered doing laser hair removal give it a shot. I wanted to do this years ago but was always a bit timid about the pain. This didn't hurt at all. I am so glad I got it out of the way and very thankful to Cosmetic Laser for taking care of me. Great people!
I had a great experience with Cosmetic Laser. I've completed my laser package and the results are outstanding. Very good customer service. I never had to wait and was even given a reminder call the day or two before each treatment. On top of that there was a breakdown on one of the lasers one day and I had to reschedule and they comped me a free treatment without me even asking for it. Hard to find places like this anymore.
Definately recommend Cosmetic Laser treatments. Always friendly and very thorough with the treatments. The cost was a great deal too. Very afordable for almost anyone. This lady won't be missing shaving my legs every day. Love it!!!!
Staff is generally friendly until they make mistakes and don't apologize immediately, like giving wrong advice about using a numbing cream and putting you down wrongly in a wrong time slot. I also always have to wait about 20 minutes although I make my appointments in advance.
Very friendly staff and well informed of the procedures. This is by far one of my best experiences with laser tightening for wrinkles. I had compliments from friends and coworkers after only my second visit and I didn't find the procedure to be painful at all.
Very satisfied with the hair removal treatments. I have not had to shave for over a year when I finished. Everything about them was a good experience. Check them out for yourself.
Great results and service with the laser. I have been all 6 of my visits and would recommend Cosmetic Laser to anyone.
