Completely unprofessional experience. The ordering process was a nightmare from start to finish and resulted in my order arriving late. Email communication was rude and dismissive, with no apology and no accountability taken on their part.

I purchased 4 L of castor oil a while back and I paid for Express and it still took almost a week to come. I thought whatever. Sometimes things happen. I ordered 4 L of jojoba oil a month later. Paid $30 for Express shipping 1 to 2 days and now it's been 2 weeks and I got a tracking number. I missed two festivals because I was waiting on that shipment. So overall if you have all the time in the world for sure they have good products. But if you have any sort of need for things to come quickly, there's better companies
