They are my sons primary dentist. They've been really great with him.
Probably the best dental practice I've been a patient of. Very Competent, considerate, cheerful and friendly, from the front desk to the dentists, the entire staff.
Office cancelled my last 2 appointments (without reason). When I called to reschedule they didn't have anything for 7 months. They no longer offer Saturday appointments even though its on their website. No longer offer late appointments. When speaking with the front desk she was incredibly rude. Switched practiced based on this experience 2 weeks ago
A good dentist should have a friendly, caring staff, fair billing practices, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this office lacks all three. The staff seemed more focused on upselling and recommending unnecessary services than on patient care. The experience felt more like being at a car dealership than a dental office. I would not recommend them.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Diamond and her assistant, Jackie. ( I think that was her name.) I needed quite a bit of dental work done, and they made the entire process so much easier than I expected. They worked efficiently while still being incredibly gentle and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable.
