I had a great experience with a procedure I had with Jen Janiga last year that I decided to do another one this year because of the care I received. I have always been apprehensive about doing any type of procedure. Jen is very patient and will do what the customer is comfortable with. Her staff is very friendly as well.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jen’s for over 6 years and consistently have excellent experiences. At my most recent visit, I had a laser treatment for facial redness and Botox, and everything went smoothly. Dr. Jen truly listens to my concerns and always offers great insight and recommendations. The front office staff is friendly and efficient, and I love the calm, welcoming ambience of the practice. Mandy is a great facial technician! She knows exactly how to target problem are s and gives good advice on how to manage aftercare. Plus. She's a delightful person to be around!
I had a very positive experience all the way around. I saw Mandy. She is phenomenal. This was my first appointment to discuss botox, so I was worried before I went in. I was happily surprised to not have "everything bad" pointed out: the focus was literally on what "bothers me" specifically. Every single staff member I saw was professional and kind. The actual facility was also great. I look forward to coming back in the future.
