Dr. Trinh provides excellent care and customer service! The staff Adrian, Kelly, and Rosa are great.
I came across this dental office by accident back in 2018, Dr Tuan just happened to be up at the front desk and took his time to visit with me. I shared with him my extreme fear of dentistry which is the reason why I hardly go unless there's just a major problem, which is the worst time to go because it's more expensive lol, but that's on me! Worst dentist; incompetent; all work done in a faulty way ; a lot of not considering patient situation and suffering; not keeping their promises and word to the patient; very greedy practice; number one and only thing they care about is money; nothing else . If the situation not resolved ; definitely I am going to sue them at the court . Stay away from this practice and their incompetent dentists .

They make you pay for everything up front regardless if you have PPO insurance. I've been waiting over two months for their staff to provide my insurance company documentation so they can reimburse me some of the $2,000 that they took. I'm of disabled veteran with a 7 year old son I take care of as a single father. I'm begging Rosa to please provide the insurance company the paperwork they need to reimburse me some of the money.
