I used this service for 6 hours after a procedure. They picked me up on time, brought me to my recovery location and got me settled in, started my meds and made sure I was comfortable. That part went well, however the booking process was a mess. I called a month before my surgery to get on the schedule with them. I had to continue to reach out to get confirmation they could take care of me and it wasn't until 2 days before that they said they could in fact take care of me.
