Purchased a Shiseido shampoo from Cosme Hut Northbridge and later raised concerns that the product may not be genuine / not as described. I contacted the store multiple times over a two-week period and also returned in person with the product and receipt. Staff said the issue would be passed to the manager, however I never received any follow-up. I love this branch. Their products are amazing and the ladies that work there, Stella and Jackie, are so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the products!
