Had an amazing experience today buying Korean skin care products for the first time. After researching via tiktok, watching reels galore and looking at all the beautiful results, it really encouraged me to get cracking and look after my skin. The service was excellent and the staff member was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable recommending suitable products for my age and skin type. I would highly recommend a visit if you are a newbee like me. Will definitely be returning to restock.

rude staff,I couldnt catch the name.I went on Tuesday,18th Feb.They (2 female staffs) were was behind the counter the whole time with their arms crossed which i didnt mind bc i prefer not being approached or tailed when shopping.However, when approached the counter for paying, the one that attended my checkout had a cold vibe to her(not tired).she said “hello” with an unentertained straight face.Nothing outright wrong happened but her body language and eyes made me feel judged and looked down upon.I thought maybe bc i’m non-... read more

Staff rude and unwelcome to anyone not asian. I was so excited to come to their store and look at the judy doll range, but I was asked to hurry up and leave rudely by a staff member. I understand that their products come from asia and tones are to suit asian complexions, but makeup and skincare is not limited to one race. Don't shop there unless you are asian.
