visit today around 6pm the staff were really nice and helpful she answered my questions clearly and patience and good service
Kayla was so good with her customer service as she always helped me a lot. But the other staff was rude and literally told me to browse by myself and this is not my first experience with her. I hope she be little professional but overall m happy with Kaylas service. Only going if she is there 🤭
I have visited this Cosmehut store multiple times this year, and both I and several friends have consistently experienced unprofessional service from one of the staff members (whom I believe is named Sydney/Cindy). She often appears annoyed when assisting customers and handles products carelessly. One time when I was purchasing a Centella cream, she threw it onto the counter after searching for it (even her colleague appeared visibly surprised).
