I wasn’t actually a customer at Cosmoroma, but after the experience I had yesterday, I felt like I had to leave a review. After getting caught in the huge rainstorm, I was sitting in my car in the parking lot waiting for it to let up. When I finally went to leave, my car wouldn’t start. I asked six different people in the parking lot if they had jumper cables or could help, but no one had cables and no one was able to help. Good pricing on most stuff but watch your invoice… The warehouse boys move in slow motion, especially on Saturday mornings and are not on time for their shifts I’ve been there twice and the manager on duty both times is making excuses on the phone for unsatisfied customers
