I went to Cosi Bella Salon foran appointment with Hypnotherapist Luana Matthews from LimitlessPossibilities.Cosi Bella Salon is well located in Martinez with easy access to a public parking lot across the street. It is a very welcoming space with lots of good vibes. It was a small and intimate group of ladies who wanted to celebrate Valentine's Day on a positive note. I have been going to Cosi Bella and Zoe Moter has been doing my hair for about 3 months. She was doing a good job. 3 hours before my appt today she cancelled saying she wasn’t doing my hair anymore because she gets too anxious and doesn’t feel I like the outcome. I’ve NEVER said anything about not liking the outcome. In fact the opposite VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never recommend anyone to go to this business!
