We waited 30 minutes for our food and it came over cold. I spoke with the manager and he said he would make us a new plate right away. We waited another 15 minutes and nothing came. Our warm food NEVER came. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me at this Cosi.

Big fan of their sandwiches and bread. My family eats here regularly and the kids love the food too. They are also great at listing any potential allergens in their food.
