Our 2 year old was having some issues that were very concerning. We took him to the ER, we were taken to a room quickly. They were immediately in contact with Nationwide Children’s on tests and procedures. Very great service, friendly ER nurses and Doctor.
I checked into at the er for sore throat ear ache and lowgrade fever. Checked in at 1:07pm I waited around until 7pm and was never seen!! So I walked out fuming. We need a better hospital and staff
Called at 9am and they were extremely busy. We waited a few hours to come in, and were seen right away. The front desk was very quick, and nurses got us back right away. Everyone was kind and helpful. My son was especially fond of Nurse Jamie. Thankyou so much for your care!
Service ok, but ER rates are very high!
Do not go here... takes 3 hours just to be seen.. So much for an emergency.
