I won’t recommend Cosgrove for anything! Completely unprofessional and condescending. Talk to anyone in his neighborhoods... Save yourself the headache!
We have been in our house since 2015. After a water pipe break, having to replace the flooring in the kitchen/living room within the first 6 months of living in a brand new house, and the mere lack of communication please save yourself the headache. He will never respond to any emails or phone calls. We also got a lovely letter about storing our garbage cans inside of the garage instead of the side of the house to follow the covenants. I would first like to start by saying that I would I NEVER work with or buy from Cosgrove ever again! Once he has your money that will be the last you hear from Don Cosgrove! I am glad that he does not build the homes and that he has Windsor Homes build them at their facility. The homes are great, but Don’s customer service is terrible. Not to mention the way he communicates or the lack there of. I was called an Asshole over the phone when trying to resolve a problem with the home.
