Their work is awesome! So far, they have installed 2 garage doors in my shop, and seperately, fixed issues with my home garage doors, so they are re-aligned, greased, and seal properly when closing. Very professional, friendly, and thorough with their work! I highly recommend Cosco!
We’ve had this company come out multiples times for different reasons. Everyone we have come in contact with has been wonderful. Today (1/24/2023) they came out in nasty weather to fix our spring that snapped late last night. They didn’t have to as they had no trucks on the streets! I am very thankful they were willing to come help!
Low quality. Parts keep breaking and they are too stuck up to think they have any sort of responsibility. Very impolite and inconsiderate. Got a different company to come repair my doors and they were horrified at the quality of cod is work. Avoid at all costs. Claim the painters filled the cracks but I explained several times that it is not, that I am literally looking with my own two eyes. When I’m looking at something and telling you that’s not the case. How ignorant.
They were out within an hour of my first phone call. They quoted a price over the phone and that was the price when the work was finished. Great work, spring replaced, door back in business. No messing around, no bait and switch, no heavy upselling. Just good fast quality work.
