I wouldn't waste your time. I made an appointment, jumped thru hoops, filled out forms online, verified they take my insurance, sent over xrays, waited a long time for my appointment and then at 3:30pm the day before my appointment, they called to say they don't take my type of insurance, even though they are on my provider list.
