He cleaned carpets twice at previous home and did a fabulous job. I very rarely provide public posts but for COS I'm sharing because he was diligent, professional, timely, and accommodating to the situation. A guest had made a mess that a different company could not get out. COS worked to remove the stain and made called back a few days later to check on the stain.
