I honestly can’t say enough good things about Cos� Bella Nail Spa! Annie is so talented, and my nails always look beautiful! The customer service is the best, and I can always count on Annie to squeeze me in for a last-minute nail emergency. She always goes out of her way to accommodate me! If you’re looking to be treated rudely and made uncomfortable, this is the salon for you. I would recommend Trend Nails instead. In my experience, this salon overcharges, and I felt embarrassed and pressured when I didn’t have cash for a tip or didn’t tip immediately. It felt like I couldn’t comfortably leave until I tipped. Tips are earned based on the service and experience, not something customers should feel pressured into giving. I gave them many chances many they always fail every time
Annie always does the best job and she is the sweetest person I know. I pick a design and she makes it happen. So worth it!!! The salon is clean, quiet and comparable prices. They have awesome madsage chairs
