Well made clothing with nice, mostly washable fabrics. I have shopped at COS for 8 years. The quality maintains throughout time. Styles have classic staples and fun options for any occasion. Staff are welcoming and very helpful in providing information and selections. It’s a joy to pop in and see so many options! Great experience every time. I went in shopping today and the customer service is 10/10 like it’s the best I’ve ever had. Literally everyone is sooo nice and attentive. They are also very knowledgeable about the fit and fabrics of the clothing which is super helpful especially as a first time customer. I will be back for sure. Thank you all and keep up the great work!
On my first visit, Kyle was so fun and a breath of fresh air! He influenced me to come back during the friends and family sale. I will be back! I love their basics.
