Poorly managed store. Lack of styling, floor organization. Staff are inattentive and unhelpful. They is no understanding of the products and concepts leaving the entire experience lacking cohesion or intelligence. At this price point, I would expect a better experience. With that said, better to shop online.
The staff is not helpful at all always very busy not able to answer the questions on the phone !!!
Rudest saleswoman I ever interacted with in my entire life. I just asked if there was a way to order the coat I wanted online in store rather than have to pack it with me, to which she berated me and said “try taking a picture and using your phone, do I look like an online shopper?” I was so shocked I just walked out of the store. Wish I said something. Save your money and your time.
I think this brand has interesting merchandise and have bought a few things in the past, however, I will never enter the Georgetown store again! 5 associates on the floor on their phones and chatting and completely ignoring the customers— there were two of us. Oh, and the store manager was behind the register as well! I asked a question about trying on a cape and one associate pointed behind him to a mirror.
