Stuff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave great advice on clothes and helped make experience incredible. As someone who doesn't have this story near them, I greatly appericated all their help in getting clothes that actually worked for me! Thank you DC COS!
For a brand that has pretty good traction in a high traffic, pretty wealthy neighborhood; there is a lack of customer service to compete with some of the other higher end brands in that area.
One of those stores that doesn’t make you feel great. Drove an hour specifically to come to this store and it’s fine but the sales associates don’t acknowledge your existence and aren’t particularly friendly. After trying on some stuff I said “thank you so much, have a nice day” and the sales associate in fitting room didn’t even acknowledge me (we were face to face and the only ones in the room)
