One of those stores that doesn’t make you feel great. Drove an hour specifically to come to this store and it’s fine but the sales associates don’t acknowledge your existence and aren’t particularly friendly. After trying on some stuff I said “thank you so much, have a nice day” and the sales associate in fitting room didn’t even acknowledge me (we were face to face and the only ones in the room)
Oh well, there goes my loyal following of all things COS. Today I tried to return a few items I bought online and the manager refused to accept the return because items were on sale at 50% discount. Items were NOT marked as final sale at the time of purchase. A store associate even admitted that the policy changed after I made the purchase. But nothing worked, they refused it outright. There was all the usual corporate speak - how they value customers, how COS stores and online are not the same (?!), how I can keep contactin... read more
Customer service is abysmal, the third floor where the men's clothes are is extremely hot and unbearable, etc. The clothes are alright nothing too special for the area. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
The sales associates pretty much ignored me. One extra star because one sales associate did at least acknowledge me with a “hi, how are you?” But not until I had been browsing for 10+ minutes and until I made it up to the third floor. Ugh. I was really hoping to buy an overcoat as a Christmas gift and I left feeling disappointed and unseen.
