Came in looking for pants and ended up getting a full on styling session with Sharise. She was so incredibly knowledgeable about the product (both women and men’s!!), how they wear and suggested incredible combinations. She was kind, genuine, understood what I was looking for and she even helped me save money with the cos membership program thing! I left feeling so excited about my choices and confident about the foundations of my fall wardrobe. Georgetown is so lucky to have her! Can’t wait to return.
Closed early and was rude about it
Never went to a store so unfriendly and careless. I like brand cos but I will never ever shop from this location again. Employees need to be retrained on how to treat customers. I would write a personal review for every encounter I had with each workers there if I could
