Great communication and turnaround time.
I had accidentally pulled off one side of my front bumper. Came by in the morning to get a quote and Jake was able to just pop it back on for me. He was great at explaining everything and giving advice.
I had a horrible experience from start to finish here. I brought my car in to get assessed, and was told I could drive it home and keep it until insurance gave their decision. Insurance told me the car had to be in the shop. I scheduled an appointment to bring it back in. The appointment was cancelled day of, and no one at the shop could tell me why. I got T-boned at an intersection and the result of it was significant amount of damage (as you can see in the picture). I was greeted by a very kind gentleman by the name of Frank whom was very attentive to my concerns/needs and got my vehicle back to exactly how it was before the accident! Great service and highly recommended!
