Turned my car into the shop 8/3/26, was supposed to get it back 9/2/26. Then that got pushed back til 9/11/26, right before it was time to get my car I stopped getting updates and had to call them for any further updates. Didn’t get the car back until 9/21/26 and on 9/22/26 the lift gate was disconnected from my car. Now my trunk slams close, now I have to miss work just to take it back to get it fixed once again.
After 3 weeks haven’t received my deductible back …& not getting direct answers on the phone…? Is communication not part of ur service…?
was very happy with the job that was done to my DENALI
Highly Professional, Caring Staff, Clean Facility! Well done…!!!
